We offer both monthly and installment pre-authorized payment plans:

  • If you choose the monthly plan, we will withdraw an equal payment instalment over 10 months (February to November). The withdrawal dates available are the 15 or the last day of the month.
  • If you choose the instalment plan, we will withdraw the total instalment amount on the date found on your tax bill.

We also offer a pre-authorized payment plan for accounts that are in arrears. It is a monthly plan where we will withdraw a monthly amount that is acceptable to you. The withdrawal dates available are the 15 or the last day of the month.

Apply for a pre-authorized payment plan

Please complete the Pre-Authorized Payment Plan form or Pre-Authorized Arrears Payment Plan form. Please return your form to the attention of the Tax Clerk by mail, email, fax or in person.

A void cheque must be returned with your form. Please contact the office if you would like a hard copy of the form.

Visit your online banking and search under Trent Lakes in your bank's vendor or payee listing to set up your account and select the tax option.

You must enter a separate roll number for each property that you own.

Remember to allow three to five business days processing time for your payment to reach us.
