Annual Ratepayer Meeting

What is the Ratepayers and Community Association Meeting?

Each year, the Municipality of Trent Lakes holds an annual Ratepayers and Community Association Meeting.

The meeting is an opportunity for the Municipality to share an update on popular topics for the year.

It is also an opportunity for the public to voice their ideas, comments or concerns to members of Council.

What is the format of the meeting?

The meeting is formatted as a Special Council Meeting and is completely open to the public. The meeting will commence with a short presentation from the CAO on hot topics. Following the presentation, the public will have the opportunity to speak in front of Council to provide any comments or questions that relate to Municipal matters.

When is the 2025 meeting?

Date: Saturday, July 12
Time: 10 a.m.
Where: Municipal Council Chambers, Municipality of Trent Lakes, 760 County Road 36, Trent Lakes, ON, K0M 1A0.

Note: Please arrive in the Council Chambers at least five minutes in advance of the meeting. There is no need to register to attend in person.

Those that attend virtually will have equal opportunity to provide comments or questions. Please ensure you have a working microphone to take part.
