Trailer Park Design Guide

We revised our Trailer Park Design Guide in 2022.  It has updated footing requirements and stair run length.   The Municipality is also reviewing lot coverage, the maximum allowable lot coverage per site is 24 %, please indicate this on your site plan when applying for a permit.

If you are applying for an add-a-room permit, the minimum footing size that will be accepted will be 2 x 24" x 24" x 3.5" footing with the appropriate sized saddle & post.  The footing type can either be a pre-cast cottage pad, or a poured footing.  Please check with your local park if you are able to pour concrete on your site.
