The Trent Lakes Short Term Rental Group have created a draft Short-Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) by-law as part of phase 3 of the working group. Staff brought the draft by-law to Council on April 16, 2024.
The resolution is as follows:
That Council receive the report from the Planner, on behalf of the Short-Term Rental Working Group, regarding the Draft Short-Term Rental Accommodation Licensing By-law, Public Consultation and Proposed Implementation; and further
The Trent Lakes Short Term Rental Group have created a draft Short-Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) by-law as part of phase 3 of the working group. Staff brought the draft by-law to Council on April 16, 2024.

That Council receive the report from the Planner, on behalf of the Short-Term Rental Working Group, regarding the Draft Short-Term Rental Accommodation Licensing By-law, Public Consultation and Proposed Implementation; and further
That Council support the draft Short-Term Rental Accommodation Licensing By-law appended to this report; and further
That Council direct staff to proceed with public consultation; and further
That Council support the proposed implementation timelines, as outlined in the report.
