Public Notice: Disposal of Land, May 28, 2024

Take Notice That the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Trent Lakes proposes to enact a By-law to stop up, close and offer for sale to the abutting property owners:

A portion of a road allowance in Concession 10, Lot 21, Galway Ward, adjacent to property municipally known as 6 Fire Route 389.

This by-law will be considered for passage at the Regular meeting of Council held on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Written or verbal comments respecting this proposed disposal of land are to be directed to the Clerk.

In the event that the matter is deferred, no further public notice will be given.
